Wayne is a native of Aberdeen, Maryland. A U.S. Army Career Counselor with over 20 years of leadership experience in multiple positions and locations to include Korea, New York, North Carolina, and the Military District of Washington.
A Master Resiliency Trainer / Facilitator, Equal Opportunity Representative, and combat Veteran; Wayne has strategic legislation & consultation experience as a HillVets Fellow, in the Capitol Hill office of Congresswoman Cheri Bustos (D,) IL-17; strategic instruction experience as a technical trainer for the Joint Staff in the Pentagon.
Completing a Baccalaureate degree in Leadership (cum laude,) and in pursuit of a Master of Human Resource Management degree (3.9 GPA) from Trident University, a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Certificate from the University of South Florida, and most recently Licensed Massage Therapy training from the Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage with Prenatal, Lymphatic, Myofascial Release, Reiki, and Sports Massage specialties, Wayne served as an intern for the Washington Commanders (NFL) summer 2024 preseason. Currently completing school for Yoga instruction, Wayne has 1 child and enjoys spending time giving back in the community with family.
